Engagement

Q: How long until I get to see my engagement photos?
A: Please give us 7-14 days to cull, edit and upload them to your private online gallery.

Q: How will I receive my photos?
A: You will receive your photos via download service through an email link.

Q: How many outfits can I take for my engagement photoshoot?
A: We encourage our couples to take up to two outfits. Click here to view sample.

Q: Do I get to choose the location for my shoot or can you suggest a place?
A: We encourage you to choose a location that is meaningful to you but we also have a webpage with our favorite shoot locations. Certain locations will have a fee.

Q: When will I receive my Print?
A: 7- 14 days after you have selected the image(s). Prints can be delivered directly to you or received at the Bee Beautiful Office and you then schedule a pickup.

Q: Can I add extra prints to my package?
A: Yes, and it can be done through your online gallery.

Q: Can I get my images on a USB?
A: Yes, you can but there will be a fee.

Q: Can I remove prints or albums from my package if we don’t want them?
A: No, you can not remove the products associated with the package you can only add.

Q: How do we pay for our package / service?
A: Our preferred method would be online but we do accept cash or check in person if necessary.


Bridal

Q: How long until I get to see my bridal photos?
A: Please give us 7-14 days to cull, edit and upload them to your private online gallery.

Q: Where can I have my photo shoot?
A: We have a list of locations we can email you where you can choose from for your photo shoot. Certain locations will have a fee.

Q: Can I take my mom, maid of honor or friend to the portrait session with me? 
A: Yes, we encourage you to bring someone so they could help you and be there for moral support.

Q: Can I remove prints or albums from my package if we don’t want them?
A: No, you can not remove the products associated with the package you can only add.

Q: How do we pay for our package / service?
A: Our preferred method would be online but we do accept cash or check in person if necessary.

Wedding

Q: What signifies a full day wedding coverage?
A: We define a full day wedding coverage as capturing preparation (getting ready shots), ceremony, portraits and reception.

Q: What if my wedding is small?
A: We define a small wedding by it being 4 hours or less. There is special pricing for that coverage.

Q: How long from my wedding event until I get to see my final edited photos?
A: 3 Months / 90 Days

A: Yes, 3, 6, and 9 month payment plans are available to setup for your package.


Our Expectations from our Clients.

We expect you, the client, to be respectful to all our team members. We know a wedding day can be stressful and hectic but we are there to help in any manner, even if we have to put down the cameras.

We expect you, the client, to commit to any payment plans you agree upon. We too have bills and families to support and rely on your payments for the success of our organization. Missing a payment will result in late fees added to your balance and we will withhold any coverage or products from you if payments completely stop. If financial hardship does arise, contact us, we can work something out.

We expect you, the client, to keep open communication with us so that nothing comes as a surprise on your big day and so we can capture the most important moments for you. We always send out an itinerary form for you to fill out but we know sometimes things change last minute.
