Wedding FAQS
Everything you need to know on your big day.
What does full-day wedding coverage include?
Full-day coverage typically includes everything from getting ready moments, the ceremony, portraits, and reception highlights—so your entire story is beautifully documented from start to finish.
How long does it take to receive our photos?
Your fully edited gallery will be delivered within 90 days (3 months) after your wedding day.
How will we receive our photos?
Your photos will be delivered through a private online gallery. You’ll receive a download link via email, making it easy to view, download, and share your images.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We offer flexible payment plans of 3, 6, 9, or 12 months to make booking easier and more manageable.
Can we remove items from our package?
Yes—products like prints or albums can be adjusted during the proposal stage. Once your contract is signed, however, the package inclusions are finalized and cannot be removed.
What is your refund policy?
The retainer paid to secure your date is non-refundable. Refunds (issued as studio credit or monetary reimbursement within 12 months) will only be considered under the following circumstances:
• A scheduled participant passes away shortly before the session
• The client is medically unable to attend
• A photographer from Bee Beautiful Photography fails to perform services
• All digital files are lost and cannot be recovered
• Bee Beautiful Photography determines it is unsafe or inappropriate to proceed
What if we’re planning a small or intimate wedding?
We consider weddings with 4 hours of coverage or less as intimate celebrations. We offer special pricing tailored just for smaller weddings.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our preferred method is online payment for convenience. (CashApp, Zelle and Paypal) However, we also accept cash or check for in-person transactions if needed.

How long will we receive our engagement photos?
Please allow 7–14 days for us to carefully select, edit, and upload your images to your private online gallery.
Can we choose the location for our session?
We love when couples choose a location that’s meaningful to them! If you need help, we also provide a curated list of our favorite locations. Please note that some locations may require an additional fee.
How many outfits can we bring?
We recommend bringing up to two outfits for variety while keeping the session relaxed and efficient. You can view sample ideas here for inspiration.
Can we order additional prints?
Yes! You can easily order additional prints directly through your online gallery.
Do you offer USB copies of our photos?
Yes, USBs are available as an add-on for an additional fee.

How long until I receive my bridal photos?

Where can I have my photo shoot?
We provide a curated list of recommended locations that we can share with you. You’re welcome to choose from the list or suggest a location of your own. Please note that some venues may require an additional fee.
Can I bring someone with me to my portrait session?
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring someone you trust—like your mom, maid of honor, or a close friend—for support and assistance during your session.
Can I remove prints or albums from a package?
Packages can be customized during the proposal stage, including adjusting or removing products. Once your contract is signed, all inclusions are finalized.

Our Expectations from our Clients
We expect you, the client, to be respectful to all our team members. We know a wedding day can be stressful and hectic but we are there to help in any manner, even if we have to put down the cameras.
We expect you, the client, to commit to any payment plans you agree upon. We too have bills and families to support and rely on your payments for the success of our organization. Missing a payment will result in late fees added to your balance and we will withhold any coverage or products from you if payments completely stop. If financial hardship does arise, contact us, we can work something out.
We expect you, the client, to keep open communication with us so that nothing comes as a surprise on your big day and so we can capture the most important moments for you. We always send out an itinerary form for you to fill out but we know sometimes things change last minute.
