South Padre Island Visitor Center
How to find: The South Padre Island Visitor Center is located in the hear of the island, literally right in the middle of it. It’s located at 321 Padre Blvd, South Padre Island, TX 78597.
Bayside Dunes at the End of South Padre Island Blvd
How to Find: You have to drive all the way to the end of the South Padre Blvd. We are talking to the end-end of the road. Once there these dunes will be on the left side of the road (opposite of the beach). This location is great for sunsets.
Pier 19 / South Padre Island KOA Holiday Piers
How to Find: 1 Padre Blvd, South Padre Island, TX 78597
Jetties Bait Stand
How To Find: 53879 Bait Shop Rd, South Padre Island, TX 78597
Tortuga Flats Bay Access
How to Find: The Bayside is probably the perfect place for sunset photos. It a little stinky because the water is still but if you don’t mind that, you’re definitely going to get some banger photos.
South Padre Island Jetties
How to Find: 33174 State Park Rd 100 South Padre Island, TX 78597. The jetties are only accessible through Isla Blanca and there is a $12 fee to enter, cash only.
Port Isabel Lighthouse
How to Find: 421 E Queen Isabella Blvd, Port Isabel, TX 78578. The Port Isabel Lighthouse is a timeless and romantic backdrop for engagement photos, offering sweeping coastal views, soft natural light, and unique vantage points from its base to the lantern room. Its historic charm and striking silhouette add depth and emotion to every shot.
Port Isabel Lighthouse Visitor Center
How to Find: 421 E Queen Isabella Blvd, Port Isabel, TX 78578
The Beach (any access)
How to Find: Look for any beach access. We recommend the Isla Blanca beach access, which does cost $12 but, it’s totally worth it.
